1. Who we are and these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to agenticuniverse.ai and its public pages, forms, demonstrations and Experience Centre (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Qultured Media Private Limited, trading as Agentic Universe (“Agentic Universe”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site. A signed customer agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement or order form takes priority for the services it covers.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and, where local law requires, be at least 18. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- interfere with security, availability or normal operation, or bypass rate limits and access controls;
- introduce malware, scrape at harmful scale, reverse engineer protected components, or test vulnerabilities outside our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;
- impersonate another person, submit details without authority, or use demos for harassment, fraud, surveillance or unlawful automated decision-making;
- upload secrets, real customer records, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers or other sensitive information unless we expressly agree in writing; or
- use output to make high-impact financial, insurance, employment, healthcare or legal decisions without appropriate qualified human review.
3. Demonstrations and AI output
Public demos, simulated records, personas, metrics, transcripts, recommendations and outcomes are illustrative. Unless clearly stated otherwise, they are not live customer data, production commitments, regulatory advice or evidence of performance in your environment.
AI systems can be incomplete, inaccurate or variable. Voice and browser demos may mishear speech, generate incorrect statements, lose context or be interrupted by browsers, networks or providers. Confirm important information independently. Do not rely on a demo for emergency calls, regulated notices, binding transactions, claims decisions, credit decisions or customer commitments.
A real phone demo may place or receive a call only after you provide or confirm a number and the feature is activated. Carrier charges may apply. Calls may use automated voices. We will provide recording or AI-use notices where required, but you must not record or involve another person without their knowledge and lawful authority.
4. Work email verification and access
Some features require a work email, one-time passcode and short-lived access session. You must provide accurate information, keep codes and sessions confidential, and promptly tell us of suspected misuse. We may reject disposable or personal addresses, limit attempts, expire sessions, suspend access, or require reverification to protect the Site.
5. Forms, phone, WhatsApp and messages
When you submit a lead or demo form, you ask us to respond using the contact details provided, including by email, phone or WhatsApp. This is not consent to unrelated bulk marketing. You can ask us to stop promotional follow-up at any time. Service, security and requested-demo messages may still be sent where necessary.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
The Site, brand, designs, software, demonstration content and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use public Site features for legitimate evaluation and informational purposes.
You retain rights in content you submit. You give us permission to process it to operate, secure and improve the requested interaction. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on or link to third parties, including hosting, analytics, communications, AI, speech and telephony providers. Their availability and terms can change, and we do not control third-party websites. Providers actually used depend on the feature and configuration. See our Privacy Policy for data-handling details.
8. Availability, changes and security
We may change, suspend or discontinue any public feature, enforce limits, or block activity that threatens users or systems. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure or uninterrupted. Do not treat the Site as a system of record or sole repository.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and public demos are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and accuracy. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Universe and its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from the public Site. Our aggregate liability relating to free public Site use will not exceed INR 10,000. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable liability.
11. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your submissions and use of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement, or submission of content or contact details without authority. We will give reasonable notice and cooperation for a covered claim.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live. Before filing a claim, please email [email protected] and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or security changes. We will change the updated date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
